• the registration form, 2 pages
• general terms and conditions, 2 pages
• medical form

2. e-mail the signed and scanned copies to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ; let us know whether you prefer USD or Euro on the invoice
3. receive our invoice via e-mail
4. make a bank transfer of the prepayment according to the invoice: CHF 500
   
   The camp is organised by Câlin-Ka SA. The registration is complete when a prepayment of CHF 500 (uncompensable) is transferred to the account of Câlin-Ka SA.
5. receive the letter with the invitation to the visa department of the Swiss consulate for your child (if visa is required); receive our prepayment confirmation
6. make an appointment for the paper registration at www.eda.admin.ch or ask your local travel agency to assist you with the registration (if visa is required)
7. the rest should be transferred four weeks before holidays at the latest
8. Carrousel Camp International strongly recommends a travel cancellation insurance.

During his or her stay at the camp your child will need:

• passport or ID
• return ticket with the parent’s written and translated to English travel permit
• international insurance
• health certificates: vaccination, oral cavity sanation, infections (swimming pool permit)
